Return Policy

Thank you for supporting my small handmade business. As many of my customers will testify, I take customer service very seriously—maybe it’s because I worked in this field many years ago and learned a lot! Everyone is always treated with respect, and I make sure you leave my shop satisfied, even if something happens that makes you change your mind about the purchase.

Please take a moment to review my return policy, designed to ensure you are happy with every purchase:


Returns and Exchanges

1.1. You can return an item under the following conditions:

  • You notify me within 14 days of purchase that you’ve changed your mind.
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and looks like it did when I sent it.

Once I receive the item, I will assess its condition and process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

1.2. Personalized or customized items cannot be returned. Changing your mind means the item must still be eligible to be sold to someone else. If the item has been personalized (e.g., changes to lengths, elastic band lengths, or color tweaks), it is made specifically for you and most likely cannot be resold. For this reason, personalized items are not eligible for returns.

1.3. If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 14 days of receiving it. I understand accidents happen, and I will make it right for you.

1.4. To initiate an exchange for a damaged item, contact me with your order number and details of the damage. I will guide you through the process of returning the unused and unworn item.

1.5. Once I receive the damaged item, I will carefully assess whether it can be repaired. If it can, I will quickly fix it and return it to you within 14 days. If it cannot be repaired, I will make a new one for you.

1.6. Please note, I do not offer refunds or financial compensation for exchanged items. My goal is to ensure you receive a perfect piece from my collection.


Shipping

2.1. If you change your mind and wish to return an item, you are responsible for the shipping costs. I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for added security.

2.2. If the item is damaged, I will cover the shipping costs to return it to me.
