As many of my customers will testify, I take customer service very seriously—maybe it’s because I worked in this field many years ago and learned a lot! Everyone is always treated with respect, and I make sure you leave my shop satisfied, even if something happens that makes you change your mind about your purchase.
Please take a moment to review my return policy, designed to ensure you are happy with every purchase:
Returns and Exchanges
Handmade Clothing:
1.1. Return Eligibility:
You can return an item under the following conditions:
- You notify me within 14 days of purchase that you’ve changed your mind.
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when I sent it.
Once I receive the item, I will assess its condition and process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
1.2. Personalized or Customized Items:
Personalized or customized items cannot be returned. If the item has been altered specifically for you (e.g., changes to lengths, elastic band lengths, or color tweaks), it is not eligible for return or resale.
1.3. Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it. I will ensure the issue is resolved.
1.4. Exchange Process:
To exchange a damaged item, contact me with your order number and details of the damage. I will guide you through the process of returning the item.
1.5. Repair or Replacement:
Once I receive the damaged item, I will assess whether it can be repaired.
- If repairable, I will fix it and return it to you within 14 days.
- If it cannot be repaired, I will make a new item for you.
1.6. No Financial Compensation:
Please note that I do not offer refunds or financial compensation for exchanged items. My goal is to ensure you receive a perfect piece from my collection.
Digital Products:
2.1. No Returns or Refunds:
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once the files have been downloaded.
2.2. File Issues:
If you experience any issues with your download or file, please contact me at info@maama.no. I will do everything I can to help you access and use your purchased files.
Shipping
Handmade Clothing:
3.1. Return Shipping Costs:
If you change your mind and wish to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for added security.
3.2. Damaged Item Shipping Costs:
If the item is damaged, I will cover the shipping costs to return it to me.
